Ok so Young Ian wins this whole episode. John Bell is just incredible. I loved watching this character choose and walk wholeheartedly into his destiny. Watching these two darling men, Uncle and Nephew give their heartfelt goodbyes got me right in the ever loving feels.
I kind of love Brianna and Lord John together. When he referred to her as his betrothed...sigh...I know that's weird and never going to happen because duh, but a girl can dream right?
"I know you don't like it but will you still put a ring on it, or I'm gonna tell everyone that you like dudes." Brianna comes up with a plan to blackmail Lord John into marrying her. These two have some heated words but in good ole Lord John fashion his goodness gets the best of him and he gets to the heart of the matter. Brianna concedes to her fate but Lord John comes in and saves the day just in the nick of time.
The truth is revealed...Finally, this misunderstanding is brought to light! Isn't that so satisfying when this happens on a television show? You're yelling in the background, "Just spit it out already people!!!" And Bree is NOT happy. This is just not her day, her week, her month or even her year....sorry I had to...and if you don't get that reference then we can't be F*R*I*E*N*D*S. Anywho, Bree confronts the well-meaning but hapless males who done messed up royally
The precious union had me overcome with emotion. So bittersweet that they should finally be together but a father who never intended to be so absent can't help but mourn her youth gone by while experiencing the joy to finally see her face.
Bree reminds Roger of his hasty promise that he will have ALL of Bree or nothing at all but she only reminds him of this to tell him that she WILL marry him.
Entitled “Down the Rabbit Hole” Episode 407 was beautiful and emotional. I don't know about you guys but Episode 406 entitled Blood of My Blood made me all kinds of emotional. From the longing looks of unrequited love to the look of love long lasting this episode gave us ALL KIND OF FEELS!
Jamie’s sextacles…I mean spectacles make another jolly appearance to remind us that Jamie is a middle-aged hottie whose nay likely to disappoint ye in bed…ahem I mean to remind us that he is a respectable gentleman in his forties who will scold ye for not being the meek and obedient type…I mean…oh just forget it…
